Rotherham CLC has been a key contributor to a huge turnaround at our school when looking at parental engagement. 12 months ago our parents didn't want to come into school as they had negative experiences within our setting. Now, after 1 months of engaging, interactive and inspiring activities we have seen parental engagement increase - not only in the CLC workshops but at our own workshops and also at parents evening and whole school events. The CLC is managed by Trish , who goes above and beyond for schools. Trish and her team deliver amazing sessions to all our parents and also deal with our challenging parents in an approachable and sensitive way which means they feel engaged. We are so fortunate to have the CLC resource and I would recommend them to any school. The service we receive from all the team is outstanding.

Brinsworth Manor Infant School
This year we have planned in sessions for all Key Stages so that parents of children of all ages have been involved. We have been able to link the sessions to our projects to strengthen the link between home and school learning and have also targeted particular year group issues for example low reading outcomes in Y1 linked to the bringing books to life session. The sessions are always well organised, resourced and led and are always a positive experience for the children, parents and the school.
